Refund policy

If you’re unhappy with a product please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your purchase, we will do our best to help and resolve any issues. If the product is faulty we’re very happy to replace it, give you a refund. To report a broken / faulty item, please email the details of the damage to Tittleton@live.com or by using our contact page, please include a photo of the damaged stock for documentation purposes, this needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed. Consumer law in New Zealand does not require retailers to refund goods if customers change their minds, however we always do our best to find a solution that everyone is happy with.
